Party puffs are multi loop dog bows. Each bow will have a latex band attachment. They look like little package bows. The small bows are around 2", medium are 3" and large are 4". The 4" bows will have a large band loop for collars. All of my hair barrettes can be used for pets with long hair, girls, women or for wedding accessories.
