Latex and Non latex bands are medical grade bands that are produced in the USA to exacting standards.

Neon bands - The 3/8" light are silicone bands and come in a mix of a lot of colors. The 3/8" medium are medical grade latex mixed with non latex bands and comes in 12 mixed colors. The 3/8" heavy come in 4 colors. The 1/2" bands come in a mix of 15 colors. The 1/8"-5/16" only have 4 colors.

I would suggest if you are making dog bows that you order the 5/16" heavy latex or the 3/8" heavy latex. I can give a suggestion for other crafts, but make no guarantees that the size you purchase will work for your craft or project. Neon bands are rarely used to make dog bows.
