Lightweight puffy quilted wings. Cute embossed material with arm straps attached. This item should fit dogs 25lbs-80lbs.These are soft sided wings. They are not stiff like the feather wings. If you find the arm straps to be too long, you can simply tie a knot in the bottom of the straps to the length you need. Very easy to put on and take off, but secure when on the dog.
